Am I The Only One Who? Random Thoughts On GMA Programs

As I reflect to this past days on GMA programing I Wonder, Am I The Only One Who. . .

. . . wonder what Bea Binene had been doing on GMA's online musical show Playlist?
I know Bea is GMA's most favorite youngstar (Other than Gabbi Garcia) but the show should've been exclusively for singers and it reached its lowest point when it had Bea as the featured performer. I know I got some GMA people who agrees with me as GMA social media promoted her chitchat portion rather than her musical performance.

. . . think its clear GMA percieve Kate Valdez and Mikee Quintos way differently?
The two both had their biggest breaks in Encantadia where their misadventures as Lira and Mira were the most entertaining part of the show. However, instead of making a follow up project with their tandem GMA had them in separate ways and it has been obvious that the powers that be are higher on Mikee as she had the starring role in the telefantasya Sirkus and is voicing over for the lead dog character in Sherlock Jr., sure Kate is part of the show too and physically does, but her role is far less significant. Looking back at the Encantadia history I guess GMA sees Mikee as the next Jennylyn Mercado who was the original Lira, unfortunately for Kate who by the way has been in GMA a little longger, they dont view her like the original Mira; Yasmine Kurdi but rather sees her as the next Sheena Halili.

. . . has grown really tired of Barbie Forteza's comedy schtick?
I like Barbie I really do but I find her Kris Aquino impersonation cringeworthy these days. Suddenly, the real Kris' acting wasn't too bad afterall and ironically, the best young actress of this generation is hysterically overacting. Perhaps the only person who still enjoys it is GMA Entertainment SVP Lilybeth Rasonable who said to have personal dislike of Kris Aquino.

. . . wonder what is GMA's point in putting together another singing contest?
The audition for GMA's new singing contest The Clash has began and one has to ask why? GMA certainly doesnt need another singer as it doesn't even have a singing show. GMA Records has been so terrible that Julie Anne San Jose left them for Universal Records lets not forget Jonalyn Viray and Kyla left the Kapuso network because they lack a platform for them. GMA should instead be looking for a new gag writer for Sunday Pinasaya to make their jokes funny and relevant.

. . . is annoyed by the tagalized songs on the Disney movies shown in GMA?
Whomever idea was it should be sued. Translating the movie's language is fine but Tagalog versions of Colors Of The Wind and Reflection? What a way to ruin a classic.

. . . thought its ridiculous that guest stars Bianca Umali and Miguel Tanfelix have their own segment in Sunday Pinasaya while an original regular mainstay Julie Anne San Jose never had in the whole existence of the show?
BiGuel have been guests on SPS and for two weeks now they've been given ample amount of airtime and headlining their own segment while Julie was used as filler on their skits. Would it be possible for Julie to be also a guest on Kambal Karibal and take their screentime for the interest of fairness?

. . .think its kinda tough for Julie Anne San Jose to have her music career under Universal Records but still remain under GMA Management?
Julie perhaps made a good decision moving to Universal Records, in just a short span she's able to appear in other outlets outside the confines of GMA but on the negative side GMA never and won't ever hype her new ventures as GMA will never promote anything outside their company and subsidiaries.
